A terracotta figure in fine terracotta, which appears to be of a female, standing with her arms behind her head. The lady has well modelled facial details, and has long hair, neatly parted in the centre, extending down to her chest. She wears a loin cloth and decorative tassel hanging at her waist.

 

Pre-Columbian Colima culture, West-Mexico: Circa 100 BC - 250 AD.

 

Complete, with fine fabric.

Height 14.5 cms (5.7 ins)

 

Provenance: US. private collection. Ex. Dr. David Harner collection, Arkansas, 1950's - 1960's.
