A beige coloured terracotta figure ocarina (a wind musical instrument, or whistle) which gives the highly realistic hoot of an owl. The owl with large eyes, folded wings and the mouthpiece of the ocarina situated at the end of the tail.
Pre-Columbian Colima culture, West-Mexico: Circa 100 BC - 250 AD.
Condition: Left ear repaired otherwise complete and intact.
