A figure in pale yellow-orange terracotta of a female standing with one arm wrapped around her waist, the other holding an object, possibly a stylised baby. She has distinctive features, wears a cap and large ear plugs, with some sort of decoration on her right shoulder, whilst on her back she has what appears to be a long pigtail hanging down.
The figure is supplied with a simple perspex T-stand.
Pre-Columbian Colima culture, West-Mexico: Circa 100 BC - 250 AD.
Condition: The right leg reattached at the thigh, otherwise complete.
